Win999 Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights & Responsibilities

1 General Terms

Win999 is an online betting and gaming platform that provides sports wagering, casino games, jackpot slots, crash games and esports betting services to registered players. Win999 operates under an internationally recognised online gaming licence and is committed to providing a fair, transparent and responsible gaming environment for all users, including those accessing the platform from Pakistan.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Win999 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations or understandings. These Terms should be read in conjunction with Win999's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of this agreement.

Win999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the Win999 website. Continued use of the platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. Win999 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of significant changes to these Terms via email or on-platform notification.

By using Win999 you represent that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age; (b) you are accessing the platform voluntarily and of your own free will; (c) you have read and agree to these Terms; (d) any funds used for deposits are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of crime; and (e) you will comply with all applicable laws relevant to your jurisdiction when using Win999.

2 Eligibility

To register and use a Win999 account you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Win999 operates a strict 18+ policy across all products. Age verification may be required at registration, upon withdrawal request, or at any other time at Win999's discretion.
• You must be a human individual. Corporate entities, automated bots, scripts or software programs are not permitted to hold Win999 accounts.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or immediate family member of an employee of Win999 or any of its affiliated companies or software providers.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion register maintained by a licenced gambling regulatory body, or have active self-exclusion on Win999 itself.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting is not explicitly prohibited by local law applicable to you personally. It is your responsibility to determine your legal status regarding online gaming in your location.

Win999 may at its absolute discretion decline to register any applicant without being required to provide a reason. The offer of account registration to one applicant does not create any obligation on Win999 to offer registration to any other applicant.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one active Win999 account. Maintaining more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts. Any winnings generated across duplicate accounts may be voided at Win999's discretion.

When registering your Win999 account you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You must update your account information promptly if any details change. Win999 is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect account information provided by the player.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Win999 account credentials — your username, password and any security codes associated with your account. You must not share your login details with any third party. Win999 will never request your password by email, SMS or phone. Any activity carried out via your Win999 account is your responsibility unless you have reported unauthorised access to Win999 support promptly after becoming aware of it.

If you believe your Win999 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact Win999 support immediately at support@win999-win.com. Win999 will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporary account suspension for security purposes during the investigation.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Win999 is required by its operating licence to verify the identity of players, particularly prior to processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. Win999 may request copies of identity documents including a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address or proof of payment method ownership. Documents must be current, legible and clearly showing all relevant details. Win999 processes KYC documents securely and in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

4 Deposits & Payments

Win999 accepts deposits exclusively from payment methods registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party deposits — payments made by another individual on behalf of a Win999 player — are strictly prohibited and any funds received from third-party sources may be confiscated and the associated account suspended.

Win999 processes all player transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for PKR deposits:

Win999 reserves the right to add, modify or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice. Players will be notified of any significant changes via the payment section of the Win999 platform. Win999 does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.

Any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from a legitimate PKR payment source registered to the account holder may be held pending investigation and potentially returned to the originating payment method. Win999 cooperates with Pakistani financial institutions and payment processors to prevent fraudulent transactions.

5 Withdrawals

Win999 is committed to processing player withdrawals as quickly as possible. Win999's target processing time for PKR withdrawals to mobile wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) is under 5 minutes from the time of approval. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take up to 2 business hours. These are targets based on normal operating conditions — processing times may be longer during high-volume periods or when additional verification is required.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Win999 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 for mobile wallets and Rs 1,000 for bank transfers.
• Win999 may require KYC document verification before processing a player's first withdrawal, or withdrawals above certain thresholds. This is a regulatory requirement under Win999's operating licence.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion terms before they are eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before completing wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from the account.
• Win999 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for up to 72 hours for security verification purposes. Win999 will notify the player if this occurs.

Win999 does not charge withdrawal fees to players. However, your payment provider (bank or mobile wallet) may apply their own charges to incoming transfers — this is outside Win999's control and Win999 accepts no responsibility for such charges.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on Win999 are subject to these General Betting Rules as well as any sport-specific or competition-specific rules published in the relevant section of the Win999 platform. In the event of any conflict between sport-specific rules and these General Betting Rules, the sport-specific rules prevail.

Bet Acceptance & Confirmation

A bet is not accepted until Win999's system has confirmed the bet and credited the stake from your Win999 balance. A bet confirmation reference number is displayed and sent to your Win999 account upon successful placement. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where Win999 explicitly offers a cash-out option on the relevant market.

Minimum & Maximum Stakes

The minimum bet on all Win999 sports markets is Rs 100. Maximum stake limits vary by market, competition and individual player account. Win999 reserves the right to impose individual player stake limits at its discretion. Maximum winnings per event are subject to limits published in the relevant sports rules section of Win999.

Void Bets & Refunds

Win999 will void bets and return stakes in the following circumstances:

• A match or event is postponed and not completed within 36 hours of the original scheduled start time (sport-specific rules may specify different timeframes).
• A match is abandoned before the minimum playing time required for settlement (as specified in sport-specific rules) is completed.
• An obvious pricing error occurred at the time the bet was placed. Win999 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds.
• A bet was placed on a market that Win999 should not have made available due to a technical or data error.

Live In-Play Betting

In-play bets on Win999 are placed at the live odds displayed at the moment of bet placement. Win999 accepts no responsibility for any delay between the live event and the display of odds on the Win999 platform. Live bets may be rejected if the game situation has changed materially in the time between placing and processing the bet — in such cases the stake is returned in full.

Win999 uses official data providers for live score feeds and event data used in settlement. In the event of discrepancy, results as published by the relevant sport's official governing body will be used for settlement purposes.

7 Bonus & Promotions

Win999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published with each promotion in addition to these General Bonus Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail. Win999 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time.

Welcome Bonus

Win999's welcome bonus offers new registered players a 100% deposit match on their first PKR deposit, up to a maximum of Rs 50,000 in bonus funds. The welcome bonus is available to new players who register and make their first qualifying deposit within the promotional period. Only one welcome bonus is available per player, household, IP address and payment method. Win999 reserves the right to withhold the welcome bonus where abuse is suspected.

Wagering Requirements

All Win999 bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. The standard wagering requirement on Win999 sports bonuses is 10x the bonus amount on eligible sports markets with odds of 1.50 or higher. Casino bonus funds carry a standard wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount on eligible games as specified in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account — any uncompleted bonus funds expire automatically after this period.

Free Spins

Free spins credited as part of a Win999 promotion are valid for a specified period as stated in the promotion terms. Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion. Unused free spins expire automatically at the end of the stated validity period.

Bonus Abuse

Win999 monitors bonus activity and reserves the right to withhold bonus funds or winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where evidence of bonus abuse is found. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: using duplicate accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times; using Matched Betting or arbitrage strategies solely to meet wagering requirements; exploiting promotional terms in ways not intended by Win999; and colluding with other players in connection with a promotion.

8 Casino Games & Jackpot Slots

All casino games and jackpot slot titles available on Win999 are provided by third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO and others. Each game operates under its own certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited and certified by recognised testing laboratories. Win999 publishes the RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game in the game's information panel.

Win999 does not control the RNG or outcome mechanics of any third-party game. Wins and losses in casino and slot games are determined entirely by the certified RNG of the relevant game provider. Win999 accepts no liability for any loss incurred as a result of casino or slot gameplay provided that the game has functioned as intended by the developer.

Progressive Jackpots

Progressive jackpot prizes displayed on Win999 are indicative values fed from the game provider's jackpot network in real time. Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a casino or slot game — including but not limited to disconnection during a bonus round, game freeze or data feed failure — Win999 will investigate the incident. If the malfunction resulted in an incorrect win being displayed, the correct win (calculated from the verified game log) will be applied. If a malfunction resulted in a loss of session data, the incomplete game will typically be void and the relevant stake returned. Win999 will contact affected players directly in the event of a significant game malfunction.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Win999. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one Win999 account, whether in your own name or under false information.
• Fraud & Deception: Providing false personal information; using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods; exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities; using any form of AI, bot or automated software to access or interact with Win999.
• Match Fixing & Insider Betting: Placing bets on events where you possess insider information or where the outcome may have been influenced by you or any party associated with you. Win999 cooperates fully with sports integrity organisations to investigate suspicious betting patterns.
• Money Laundering: Using Win999 for the purpose of laundering money or concealing the source of funds. All transactions on Win999 are monitored for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance. Win999 is required by its licence to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any Win999 game, promotion or market.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback with a payment provider for a genuine Win999 deposit. In the event of a fraudulent chargeback, Win999 reserves the right to pursue recovery of funds through all available legal channels.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to access or use Win999 while under 18 years of age, or assisting a minor to access Win999.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

Win999 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity.
• Account security risk — where Win999 has reason to believe the account has been compromised.
• At Win999's absolute discretion for any reason not listed above.
• At the player's own request.

In cases of suspension for investigation, genuine player funds (excluding any bonus funds under investigation) will be held securely in the player's account and returned to the player's verified payment method following the conclusion of the investigation, provided no breach of these Terms is confirmed.

Players who wish to close their Win999 account voluntarily may do so by contacting Win999 support. Any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed to the player's verified payment method following account closure. Any active bonuses will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Self-Exclusion

Win999 offers a self-exclusion programme for players who feel they need a break from betting. 13 Liability & Disclaimers

Win999 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While Win999 takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous and reliable service, Win999 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical interruptions. Win999 will not be liable for any loss arising from planned or unplanned platform downtime, technical issues, third-party service failures or events outside Win999's reasonable control including force majeure events.

Win999's total liability to any player in connection with their Win999 account shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the relevant event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply in cases of Win999's proven fraud or wilful misconduct.

Win999 is not responsible for any financial decisions made by players based on information available on the Win999 platform, including betting odds, statistics or promotional materials. All betting involves risk and past results are not indicative of future outcomes. Players bet at their own risk.

14 Amendments to Terms

For material changes to these Terms, Win999 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or on-platform notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect, unless the change is required urgently for legal, regulatory or security reasons in which case it may take effect immediately.

If you do not agree to an amended version of these Terms, you must stop using Win999 before the amended Terms take effect and contact support to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance. Continued use of Win999 after amended Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Win999 holds its operating licence. Win999 will provide full details of its licensing jurisdiction to any player upon request via support@win999-win.com.

In the event of a dispute between a player and Win999, players are encouraged to first raise the matter with Win999's customer support team, who will endeavour to resolve the issue fairly and promptly. Win999 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to provide a final response within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through Win999's internal complaints process, players may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution service specified in Win999's licensing conditions. Details of the applicable dispute resolution mechanism are available from Win999 support.

For issues specifically related to bet settlement, Win999's decision on the settlement of any wager is final once all relevant information has been considered and communicated to the player. Ongoing disputes regarding bet settlement that cannot be resolved internally may be referred to the relevant independent dispute resolution service.
